Please note that Port Arthur Woodcraft does not accept returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or concealed damage. Each product will be inspected in the shop at the time of pick up for manufacturing defects or damage. It is especially important to note that Port Arthur Woodcraft does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. Please be sure at the time of pick up to inspect the product for size and colour prior to leaving the shop. Once the piece has left the Port Arthur Woodcraft shop there are no returns.
The following policy aims to clarify and streamline the procedures for making a claim with Port Arthur Woodcraft. The policy is in place so that issues can be resolved in a fair, timely and consistent manner. Upon determination of claim, Port Arthur Woodcraft reserves the right to replace or repair the product at its sole discretion. The decision will be based on the product itself, the level of damage and the feasibility of a proper repair.
If an item arrives in your home damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please be sure to notify Port Arthur Woodcraft within 24 hours of receipt and Port Arthur Woodcraft will make the necessary arrangements for a replacement. No restocking fees will apply. Failure to notify Port Arthur Woodcraft within this time period will result in Port Arthur Woodcraft denying the claim without exception.
Please contact us at email@example.com or call 807-708-7065 to report damaged or defective item(s). Please note that Port Arthur Woodcraft will require images of the product and its packaging to verify the damage. Port Arthur Woodcraft cannot accept a claim without photos.
In-stock items can be picked up from our shop after 24 hours of the order being placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know before pick up. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our shop.
Out-of-stock items require a non-refundable deposit at time of order. You will be notified when these items are back in stock and you will be able to pick up at that time. If you would like to cancel your out-of-stock order you will be refunded the amount of the order less the non-refundable deposit for each out-of-stock item.
It is very important to note that Port Arthur Woodcraft will be unable to cancel your order for any reason after the product leaves our shop.
